5.2 Availability: Inventory changes rapidly. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific unit or floor at the time of your inquiry.
5.3 Payment terms: All payments must be made strictly as per the payment plan in the Agreement for Sale. The developer may levy interest or penalties for delayed payments.
6.1 Booking process: A unit is considered booked only after the developer issues a formal receipt/allotment letter. We are not involved in the booking process.
6.2 Cancellation: Cancellation of a booking will be governed by the terms of the Agreement for Sale. The developer’s cancellation policy and any applicable deductions will apply.
7.1 RERA rights: Homebuyers are encouraged to verify the project on the MahaRERA website and review the approved plans and timeline. The promoter is responsible for all RERA compliance.
7.2 Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this website or the information herein shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune.
